Job Description

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE 

  • Provides solutions, entertains feedback, and maintains rapport with customers.
  • Provide answers to inquiries involving a company's product or services to enhance the level of customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate with the customers to respond, follow up, and resolve issues.
  • Deal with customer feedback and determine action on the customer's request.


Qualifications/Requirements

● At least high school (old curriculum) or senior high school level.
● College-level and graduates are encouraged to apply!
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
● Customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
● Knowledgeable of basic computer processes.
● Willing to work on-site (this is an on-site position).
● Willing to work full-time (this is not a part-time position).
● Willing to undergo training.
● Available to start immediately.
