Qualifications:

  • Should have completed at least two (2) years in college or must possess a vocational/short course certificate
  • Good to excellent English communication skills both oral and written
  • Basic knowledge of standard computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet)
  • Customer service oriented
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Qualifications/Requirements

Job Responsibilities

  • Primarily handles Property Management accounts.
  • Answers inbound calls for property inquiries and maintenance work.
  • Do outbound calls for follow-ups
  • Update the system based on the information received from the owner/vendors/tenant 
  • Complete administrative work as instructed by the client 
  • Attend training calls and assist in drafting process documentation 
  • Send reports to clients and management 
  • Provide timely update to superiors about the work progress
