About the Role

Collect and process customer payments for their Mortagages.

Provide input to policies, systems, methods, and procedures for the effective management and control of the premium collection function. Educate customers regarding the availability of receiving claims and remitting payments through online applications.

Monitor outstanding balances and take appropriate actions to ensure clients pay as billed. Manage the preparation of invoices and complete reconciliation of billing with accounts receivables. May also include quality assurance and audit of collection activities.


Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications & Experience
High school Graduates are welcome to Apply!
1-2 years Customer Service work experience in Banking and Financing USA Accounts
Must have experience handling billing statements and collection of payments.
Excellent attention to details or meticulous
Strong verbal and written English communication skills (Articulate and Persuasive Communicator)
Basic computer navigation skills
We are looking for a confident presenter, delivering impactful messages with clarity and poise
Confident Speakers, Engaging public speaker and captivating storyteller
Must have experience discussing billing statements to customers.

Schedule:
8-hour shift
Monday to Friday
Night/Graveyard Shift
Fixed Weekends Off
