Job Description:
Ibex Bohol is seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various channels (phone, email, chat). You will be the voice of our clients, resolving their inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
