About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of Ibex, providing friendly and efficient support to our valued customers. You'll handle a variety of inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
What You'll Do:
• Provide first-class customer service through phone and email interactions.
• Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints.
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow established procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals.
• Continuously learn and improve your knowledge of our products and services.
