The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing exemplary customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and creating a positive customer experience.

Qualifications/Requirements

- High School graduate or Senior High School graduate
- 0-6 months BPO Experience
- Must be willing to work in a shifting schedule
- Must be willing to work in an Onsite Setup
- Must be conversant in English
- Willing to be assigned in Cubao, BGC, Ilocos or Cebu
