We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Japanese Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact for our Japanese-speaking customers, providing excellent customer service while bridging communication gaps. This role requires fluency in Japanese, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
