We're looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our growing Telco Account. You'll be the friendly voice our customers hear, providing top-notch support and resolving their inquiries efficiently and effectively.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.
- Process orders, changes, and cancellations accurately.
- Maintain accurate records and update customer information.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
