Job Description

Scope of Work:
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule virtual consultations between parents and our network of speech development specialists/pediatricians via Zoom.
  • Client Interaction: Provide empathetic and informative responses to inquiries from parents regarding our services and the consultation process.
  • Documentation: Accurately record and manage appointment details, client information, and follow-up tasks in our system.
  • Follow-Up: Remain in touch with clients to confirm appointments, address any changes or cancellations, and ensure smooth communication throughout the process.
  • Support: Assist clients in troubleshooting Zoom-related issues and provide guidance on using the platform for consultations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless service delivery and address any concerns or special requirements.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Education: Must be a college graduate
  • Experience: At least one year BPO experience in customer service
  • Preference: Licensed Nurse or Healthcare Professional, Medical Field Background, and BPO Healthcare Accounts Experience

Skills:

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy and professionalism.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Zoom and other virtual meeting tools, call platforms, and CRMs.
  • Organizational: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and platforms effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle client inquiries and issues with patience and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Personal Attributes: Compassionate and patient with a genuine interest in supporting children and their families. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable and committed to providing high-quality service.
