Job Description:
Responsible for providing customer service assistance to English- and Spanish-speaking customers. Spanish CSR provides solutions, entertains feedback, and maintains rapport with customers.

- Provide answers to inquiries involving a company’s product or services to enhance the level of customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with the customers to respond, follow up, and resolve issues.
