Customer Service Representatives - 3 to 5 Months Contract (Healthcare Account)

Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information regarding our healthcare products and services.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic demeanor throughout all interactions.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and manage accounts.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:
  1. Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
  2. Education: K12 graduates, College Graduates, Vocational 2-year Course Graduates, or Completed At Least 2-years in College.
  3. For High School graduates (Old Curriculum), a minimum of 6 months BPO experience for an International account or 1-year BPO experience for a local account is a must.
  4. Proof of Education: Candidates must provide proof of education, Diploma or TOR. If no Diploma or TOR is available, candidates must submit at least 2 school supporting documents such as ID, study load, certificate of registration, etc.
  5. Must be willing to work onsite in Tagbilaran City, Bohol
