Job Requirements:
- Completed at least 2nd year college with no back subjects
- Amenable to work in Giga Tower, Bridgetown, Quezon City
- At least 1 year experience as Technical, Financial, or Customer Service Support in multiple support channels (email, phone, chat)
- 2+ years experience handling customers within a call center environment and maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction
- Experience in Customer Service and Technical Troubleshooting support for Financial and payment gateway platforms
