Job Description

Customer Support Email/Chat specialist.
- Main Job is to provide assistance to customers in troubleshooting, assessing, and solving their problems, concerns, and queries.
We also communicate internally with our partnered providers and interact with our developers to resolve technical issues that is beyond the normal troubleshooting steps.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Good written and communication skills
• Typing Speed Requirement 40-45 WPM
• At least 6 months experience of in Customer Service/Support
• Amenable to work in Full - Time Schedule
• Can work in shifting schedule (as we do 24/7 shift)
• Critical thinking and problem-solving
• Foundational knowledge about smartphone configuration options like SIM selection for multi-sim devices, validating data connectivity status with the customer, and reviewing data network access configuration
• IT-related courses are an advantage
