Job Description

  • Handle inbound customer service inquiries regarding healthcare products and services
  • Assist with resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the system
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications/Requirements

  • At least 6 months of customer service experience in a BPO/call center setting
  • Experience in a healthcare account is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to effectively navigate computer systems and multitask while speaking with customers\
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Willingness to work on a voice account
  • Flexible to work in shifting schedules
  • Amenable to work onsite in Makati City
  • Night shift, shifting schedule
