Job Description

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

  •     Manage accounts efficiently and handles customer's inquiry with professionalism and attention to detail.
  •     Answer inbound calls regarding inquiries and providing timely and accurate information to customers.
  •     Make outbound calls for follow-ups on ongoing tasks and to ensure customer satisfaction.
  •     Update the system promptly based on information received and maintaining accurate records.
  •     Execute administrative tasks as instructed by the client, ensuring compliance with established protocols and standards.
  •     Participate in training calls and help draft process documentation to enhance operational efficiency.
  •     Generate and send reports to clients and management, summarizing key performance metrics and task updates.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Should have completed at least two (2) years in college or must possess a vocational/short course certificate
  • Good to excellent English communication skills both oral and written
  • Basic knowledge of standard computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet)
  • Customer service oriented
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
