1. Monitor and report the daily mining activity status.
2. Assists in coordinating activities with contractor personnel in the working area.
3. Supervise heavy equipment operators to obtain top-quality workmanship, efficiency, employee satisfaction, morale, communication, commitment, and teamwork.
4. Perform other duties relevant to the job.

Qualifications/Requirements

1. Must be a Licensed Mining Engineer

2. With or without work experience.

3. With good oral and written communication skills.

4. Can multitask.

5. Willing to work overtime with less supervision.
