Job Description

Description 
Manage production support Engineering in a manufacturing environment that helps sustain, develop, and implement cost-effective methods of testing, troubleshooting systems and equipment.
Interfaces with Design, Process, TDEV, BU and Product Engineering to solve final test problems.
Sustain products with cost reduction, Yield and QC improvements.
Perform line sustaining on hold lots disposition (Low Yield and QC/QA gate failures)
Perform analysis on lots with encountered issues for both FT and QC
Drive continuous resolutions to improve QC LARS
Support Tester and Hardware correlations to improve capacity
Create and support GMRB reports and dispositions
Support Engineering Automation tool creation
Support TPED major activities to deliver the company key metrics on OEE, OTD, Quality and hold lot reduction.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications
Graduate of bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related Fields.
With at least on-the-job training from semiconductor industry or equivalent.
Knowledgeable in C/C++ programming language
Can read and interpret schematic diagrams and with strong electronics/circuit analysis background.
Knowledgeable in using basic test measurement systems (Oscilloscope, DMM etc.)
Good Behavioral and interpersonal skills
Willing to learn
