In-charge of Engineering Change Order and 4M change implementation and monitoring result
Analyses New Product Processes during pilot runs. Checks and solves all manufacturing issues during the pilot run stage and ensures that all issues have been resolved prior to mass production.
Initiates product/material, labor and overhead cost reductions and/or improvements.
Evaluate, qualify, and conduct tooling improvement design improvement to meet process requirement before releasing to production. Prepare and Implements ECOs (Engineering Change Order) for design, process and parts confirmation.
Coordinates with Customer Design Engineer for SCR (Supplier Change Request). For better product design manufacturability
Facilitate preparation of packaging designs, jigs & fixture i.e., drawing, materials analysis & application
Provides needed fixtures, jigs. And other indirect materials to production. Source or make purchase requisition for production improvement, materials and equipment.
Responsible for the pertinent documents needed for new product introduction
Follow-up customer’s approval for Product Verification Purchase Request, Shipping Release Approval/Limited Pre Production sample.
Conducts Time and Motion study before the new products are introduced, during production run, and after improvements are implemented.
Generate and controls the issuance of Initial Work Instructions Standard (WIS) to the production.
