Job Description

Basic Functions:

The position will serve as trainee and will undergo a comprehensive cadetship program based on an agreed duration across Metal Products, Electric Products, Services, Business Development and Engineering for the familiarization and exposure in the day-to-day tasks equip them with the required competency in different departments.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists Accounts Officers in providing immediate pricing for components, standard and basic inquiries of their customers as well as checking of stock availability, sending brochures/ product catalog, etc.
  • Costing take-off of components, standard products, and other non-project costing requirements.
  • Creates formal reports and other necessary documents to close out a transaction.
  • Provide assistance in the completion of other Marketing Projects and Initiatives.
  • Conducts site inspection, as may be required in the Work Order.
  • Assist in the installation, wiring, testing, troubleshooting, commissioning,and repair of the company's electrical products. Operates various electrical tools and testing instruments.
  • Inspect electrical systems, equipment's and components to identify defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
  • Verifies specifications by checking component and consumables are complete.
  • Perform other relevant duties and responsibilities to be assigned as deem appropriate and necessary.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications and Standard:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Fresh Graduate
  • Registered Electrical Engineer
