As a Cadet Engineer, you will be given the same accountability as our Sr. Engineers to make sure that you get to have an actual learning experience. Specifically, you will be tasked to do the following:
- Implement the daily production and maintenance plan of the department.
- Manage the resources to meet the department objectives (Manpower, Materials, Equipment, and the like)
- Synergize with other departments to ensure a smooth operations of the whole company.
- Audits the process daily to ensure a safe, healthy, and productive workplace.
- Device plans for a continuous improvement in the operations.
