The Associate Merchandise Manager (AMM) is responsible for the formulation of financial, marketing and promotional plans and strategies in order to meet sales objectives. He/she ensures profitability, efficient operation and continued sales and margin growth of his/her brands and/or categories under their Merchandising Division. He/she coordinates with other functional groups to ensure effective implementation of the plans for the brand/category. The AMM also acts as the main contact person between the principals and the organization.
