KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Cut, trim, bone, and prepare various meats (beef, pork, poultry, etc.) for sale.
• Ensure all products are processed according to food safety regulations and company standards.
• Monitor freshness and quality of meat; rotate stock and remove outdated items.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area, equipment, and tools.
• Set up and maintain visually appealing displays and meat cases to maximize product visibility and sales.
• Label and price meat products accurately, ensuring compliance.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control and reordering.
