JOB TITLE: INDUSTRIAL MEAT CUTTER

SALARY : 16.45 CAD / hour (945.54 PHP per Hour depending on the FOREX conversion) 

•Saw, split or scribe carcasses into smaller portions to facilitate handling

• Pull, twist and remove bones and cut meat into standard cuts in preparation for marketing
• Cut bones from standard cuts of meat, such as chuck, hams, loin, plated, round and shanks to prepare meat for packing and marketing using a knife and meat hook. Insert the knife in the meat around the bones to separate meat, fat, tissue and defects
• Knowledge of the different cuts of meat
• Tend assembly line, performing a few of the many cuts needed to process a carcass
• Sort, vacuum pack, weigh, box and label the carcass cuts for shipping department
• Other duties as assigned
• Follow Food Safety Requirements
• Follow Health/Safety Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Age limit is 21 - 42 years old·     
  •   With at least 2 years of continuous experience·     
  •   At least HS Graduate·      
  • With IELTS Certificate (preferable General Training) UKVI and Mock Test is acceptable initially, but GT is required after employer interview.·      
  • Must be good with deboning and knife skills.·

7.      Proof of employment (company ID, pay slips, SSS & Pag-IBIG contribution showing employer names).

a.      If you do not have SSS, you must submit an affidavit and create an account to support the claim of no SSS.

8.      Education Documents

a.      High School TOR and Diploma

b.      College/ Vocational TOR and Diploma/Degree/Certificate (if applicable)

9.      Training Certificates

10.  TESDA Certificate if Slaughter

11.  NBI Copy

12.  Screenshot of your SSS Online Account (even if you don’t pay your SSS, you can create an SSS online account)  

13.  SSS print out of your Member Details page, Employment History page, Contribution page (See attached SSS process in able for you to get item no. 13)

14.  If travelled outside of the Philippines:

a.      Longer than 6 months, police clearance is required.

b.      Passport stamps/visas

c.      Any other immigration related documents (i.e. work permits)d.      Old OEC, Contract
