  • Oversee daily consulting operations
  • Guide business strategy and client engagement
  • Lead hiring, training and scheduling of consulting staff
  • Allocate budgets and resources effectively
  • Monitor performance and motivate teams

Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum eight (8) years working experience in consulting or professional services
• College's degree from a reputable University
• Proven strategic thinking and decision-making skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and maintain client relationship abilities
• Must be able to communicate both in Korean and English fluently
