POSITION: Business Growth Lead – Philippines (1 VACANCY)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Drive Philippines business performance by leading the team and implement the Long and Mid-term business strategy of the seed business in alignment with company goals and taking necessary decisions for growth of the business.
• Establish effective initiatives and policies/processes that will ensue portfolio wise top line and bottom line of budgeted targets.
• Initiation and implementation of business improvement tools to ensure higher profitability, customers’ engagement and business growth.
• Provide leadership and motivation, coaching, training, guide & control the staff across each reporting department
• Explore new collaborations with Government Agencies, Regulatory Authorities and other relevant personnel in the industry forums to get the required support and lead the organization in seed industry.
• Monitor and analysis all related costs and take necessary steps for keeping the costs under control and budget.
• Perform all tasks in a manner compliant with and in support of all safety and stewardship related company policies and practices, including completing all required training courses.
• Continuous learning to understand changing market needs. Interaction with cross functional team to understand the nature of any product performance anomalies. Provide information to these groups to assist them with their decision-making processes.
• Ensure optimum utilization of inputs and resources to attend maximum output for business in alignment with business strategy.
• Responsible for entire P&L and key KPI parameters for the growth of the business.
