JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Acts as Company’s point of contact to assigned accounts. Communicates changes and
identify partnership opportunities with clear business outcomes.
• Ensure the smooth flow of manufactured goods to end consumer
• Achieve sales target set for total accounts handled
• Ensures customer expectations and service agreement is met by monitoring account orders, deliveries and providing corrective actions if needed
• Respond to client queries and complaints regarding the products in a timely fashion
Customer/Area Development
• Ensures that new products of iPak are pipelined at the right channel and right time
• Proactively develops business proposals for new and existing customers.
• Responsible of developing the area and create programs to increase sales & product reach
• Responsible in opening distributors or dealers in the area depending on the need.
In-store Execution
• Ensures that must carry SKU’s per channel are 100% available on shelves of customers
• Ensures that we achieve good visibility of must carry SKU’s in customers covered based on standards
• Manages pricing of customers covered and ensures that price offer will not create price war among channels
• Ensure to manage bad orders in-store
• Ensure that discounts are given to the right channel and partners with right SRP on shelf
Customer Relationship
• Responsible for strategic relationship building and managing customers as per company guidelines, procedures, and policies to increase sales, profitability and market share
• Does business review with accounts to ensure programs are aligned for both company’s growth directions
• Develop innovative strategies for retaining clients; this includes undertaking interviews to get feedback and incorporate it into the growth plan
Reports and Documentations
• Does analysis and reports for all metrics of sales
• Provides business intelligence on the external market scenarios (i.e competitive activities, new market opportunities, pricing,etc)
• Monitors account credit limit, credit terms, inventory level, collection and returns.
