Job Description

1.Develop and implement comprehensive business development plans and growth strategies with a global market perspective.
2.Conduct in-depth market research and analysis, focusing on emerging global trends to guide strategy formulation.
3.Identify and evaluate growth opportunities, including partnerships, joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, and strategic alliances across Southeast Asia and other international markets.
4.Assess the company’s competitive position and leverage local market strengths to identify future growth opportunities.
5.Introduce innovative global store concepts and environmentally friendly solutions, such as green design, to modernize operations.
6.Provide updates on industry trends, digitalization, competitor activities, and changes in consumer behavior to adapt strategies accordingly.
7.Develop in-depth knowledge of niche markets and activities to secure a competitive advantage and ensure long-term survival.
8.Integrate omnichannel and digital strategies into growth plans to unlock new business opportunities
9.Provide strategic guidance for business development initiatives and establishes standardized operating procedures to ensure consistent global performance and customer experience
10.Design and implement innovative, sustainable store layouts, leads value chain improvements for operational efficiency and competitiveness, drives organizational change for operational excellence, and fosters company-wide innovation.

Qualifications/Requirements

●Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
●Proven work experience in developing and implementing business development strategies and driving growth in a competitive market and at least 5 to 10 years demonstrated senior leadership leading an organization
●With modern retail trade experience in an off-shore/international market
●Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and identify trends and opportunities.
●Excellent financial modeling and analytical abilities.
●Knowledge of global market trends and emerging business opportunities.
●Experience in introducing innovative concepts and practices in a retail environment.
●Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
●Proven track record of driving shareholder value and enhancing business performance.
●Familiarity with advanced financial analytics and digital technologies/systems.
●Demonstrated experience in operations excellence and implementing innovative solutions.
●Willing to work fulltime in Bicol.
