Job Summary
Overall in charge of the Franchise Department. Creates the Business plan and brand proposition to drive franchise growth. Ensures that franchise receive key company messages regarding business strategy, promotions and products. Provides support to franchisees to ensure the overall success of the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Finds and develops new franchises for the business.
2. Produces and drafts the documentation for the franchise agreement and operating principles.
3. Negotiate the terms and conditions of each franchise agreement and operating principles.
4. Ensures that the franchise agreement provisions between the RBQ organization and the franchisee are met.
5. Mentors franchise partners to ensure all principles, procedures store layouts, the recruitment / training of team members and the overall brand proposition meet the brand standards.
6. Provides training and information on RBQ business policies and procedures
7. Gathers and generates ideas from franchises to improve operations efficiency and increase sales revenues
8. Develops franchise system policies and new franchising scheme in line with current opportunities and trends.
9. Inculcate the RBQ culture on the franchisees operations.
10. Conducts regular visits to franchise store and maintains the file records of the Quality Audit Reports on franchise branches.
11. Identify and research on potential markets and future trends to keep abreast of new opportunities
12. Monitors and protects trademark and collaborates with Finance Department in handling government matters.
