BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

Compensation: 35k-100k (all inclusive)

Location: Ayala Center Cebu Tower, Cebu Business Park, Cebu City

Position Type: Full-time; on-site/remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new clients and managing relationships with existing clients. This role requires a proactive individual with extensive sales experience, excellent networking skills, and the ability to work independently to drive business growth.

Qualifications/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand the client base in the health care sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs for call services, back-office administration, and billing and filing.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in BPO services.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role in a BPO setting will be prioritized.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Having the ability to find leads is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
