JOB SUMMARY
A Marketing Associate assists in the planning and implementation of marketing and advertising activities, be it in print or digital form. He/She understands the extensive details of marketing and must be familiar with ways to analyze market research and customer behavior. Ensuring that proper branding is maintained in all campaigns undertaken by the company is also part of this position’s responsibilities.
He/she shall also keep marketing collaterals on digital or physical files for easy retrieval when needed.
BASIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide input on market studies, client management, hands-on sales, and marketing functions.
• Implement approved Marketing Plan and Sales Plan through review and forecast.
• Regularly monitor sales, targets, and performance including continuous improvement and guidance to the Sales and Marketing departments.
• Evaluate and suggest marketing strategies based on research and concrete data.
• Conceptualize with the creative team on campaigns, projects and content that will best accomplish the goals set by the company.
• Coordinate with the Creative Team on assignments based on the activities and campaigns set by the company.
• Manage social media accounts including submitting social media plans and coordination with the creative team.
• Work closely with the Sales Teams on formulating plans on how to reach sales goals and increase market share.
• Maintain execution of cohesive branding throughout the different departments of the company.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned by direct superior from time to time.
