Job Description

Strategic Thinking
  • Develop brand strategy, roadmap and craft marketing plans aligned to strategy. Recommend new go-to-market strategies to help create brand demand / credibility and deepen consumer engagement, and innovation roadmap.
  • Identify best practices and seek out innovative ideas and use them as springboard for brand planning.
Brand & Project Management
  • Develop, implement and manage assigned new products, mindful of the timetables, and driven by a deep understanding of consumer needs, company strategic goals and financial hurdles.
  • Analyze market intelligence data as input for brand plans. Identify and summarize industry trends and implications to the brand. Analyze products and competitive brands to recommend how to gain competitive edge and brand differentiation.
Excellence in Planning & Execution
  • Able to execute flawlessly and on time, identify and focus on critical few initiatives that deliver maximum business results.
  • Ensure and deliver quality initiatives and executions of the assigned new products and do post evaluations to assess performance vs targets and identify key learnings, corrective actions.
Budget Planning & Monitoring
  • Has the ability to integrate marketing plans with budgets to establish sales, market shares and profitability targets.
  • Assess and objectively substantiate the value of marketing campaigns, programs and initiatives to better measure and manage marketing investments and deliver business results.
Internal & External Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely & build strong relations with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • At least 5 - 7 years of experience in end-to-end brand management, ideally with background in Personal Care, Skin Care, Health categories from top FMCG companies.
  • Able to develop and operationalize go-to-market strategies and plans.
  • Experience in spearheading a new product launch (from insight to idea to commercialization).
  • Willing to have a hybrid work arrangement
