Job Description:
  • The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for Lead generation & prospecting, client relationship management, sales negotiation and market expansion.

Job Functions:
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities in target markets of motorcycle parts and accessories trading and conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Qualify and nurture leads to develop a strong pipeline for sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand the business goals as well as prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals and contracts to potential clients.
  • Develop pricing strategies and negotiate terms to close deals that align with company objectives and achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify new markets, sectors, and geographic areas to expand the business and recommend innovative approaches for growth, including new products/services to meet market demands.
  • Analyze competitors and market dynamics to identify areas for improvement or opportunities.

Qualifications/Requirements

Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Additional certifications in sales or business development are a plus.
  • 4 years of experience in business development, sales or related field of Motorcycle parts and accessories trading and proven track record of successfully generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing deals.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and market exploration.
