GHANAIAN BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT


Develop Market Expansion Strategies – Design approaches to grow business in West Africa and Southeast Asia.

Acquire New Clients – Identify and engage potential clients for company services.

Foster Cross-Cultural Collaboration – Bridge cultural gaps between Ghanaian and Filipino teams.

Build Strategic Partnerships – Form alliances with agencies, government offices, and corporate clients.

Drive Sales Growth – Boost revenue through lead generation and sales initiatives.

Represent the Brand – Act as the company’s ambassador at events and business functions.

Prepare Proposals and Bids – Draft and submit business proposals to secure new projects.

Manage Client Relationships – Maintain strong, long-term client partnerships.

Support Operational Improvements – Recommend enhancements for internal processes.

Conduct Market Research – Analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Train Local Staff – Mentor Cebu staff on international business practices.

Support Digital Marketing – Contribute to online campaigns and outreach.

Ensure Legal Compliance – Align business activities with local and global regulations.

Report Performance – Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to leadership.

Drive Innovation – Lead new initiatives to diversify and strengthen the company’s offerings.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree/ Degree / Education in Business, Marketing, or a Related Field
A strong academic background in business development, Studies, international trade, or management.

Proven Experience in Business Development or International Consulting
At least 3–5 years of experience in developing markets, client relations, or strategic growth projects.

Strong Intercultural Communication Skills
Demonstrated ability to work effectively across Ghanaian and Southeast Asian cultures.

Excellent Networking and Negotiation Abilities
Skilled in building partnerships, securing contracts, and navigating stakeholder relations.

Knowledge of West African and Southeast Asian Markets
Familiarity with regional business environments, economic trends, and regulatory frameworks.

Tech-Savvy and Digitally Proficient
Competence in using CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, and productivity tools.

Adaptability and Results-Oriented Mindset
Ability to work independently in diverse settings, meet targets, and adapt to evolving business priorities.

Must Speak English Fluently and Asante Twi
