Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree/ Degree / Education in Business, Marketing, or a Related Field

Proven Experience in Business Development or International Consulting
At least 3–5 years of experience in developing markets, client relations, or strategic growth projects.
Strong Intercultural Communication Skills
Demonstrated ability to work effectively across Ghanaian and Southeast Asian cultures.
Excellent Networking and Negotiation Abilities
Skilled in building partnerships, securing contracts, and navigating stakeholder relations.
Knowledge of West African and Southeast Asian Markets
Familiarity with regional business environments, economic trends, and regulatory frameworks.
Tech-Savvy and Digitally Proficient
Competence in using CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, and productivity tools.
Adaptability and Results-Oriented Mindset
Ability to work independently in diverse settings, meet targets, and adapt to evolving business priorities.
