Job Summary:
Works with the President and the Project Manager in the business development of the Company. Creates, conceptualizes, & implements training and marketing strategies/campaigns, both traditional and digital, to increase market presence and sales.
Job Responsibilities:
Distributor Relationship Management Responsibilities:
1. Establishes and maintains strong relationships with distributors, ensuring their needs are met, and concerns are addressed.
2. Collaborates with distributors to develop effective sales strategies and monitor performance.
3. Negotiates terms, agreements, and contracts with distributors to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
4. Defines sales targets, growth goals, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for distributor channels.
Training and Support Responsibilities:
1. Develops comprehensive training programs for team members and distributors.
2. Provides training sessions to distributors on Elevate Virtuosity Global's products and services.
3. Offers ongoing support to distributors, ensuring they are equipped for effective selling.
Marketing and Strategic Planning Responsibilities:
1. Conducts Market Research and Analysis to identify target markets, trends, and competitor offerings.
2. Develop and implement a strategic plan for distributor and partner acquisition.
3. Collaborates with marketing, content development, and technical teams to ensure cohesive strategies.
4. Generates reports and analyzes data related to distributor sales and market trends.
Sales Strategy and Campaign Management Responsibilities:
1. Conceptualizes and proposes innovative sales strategies, marketing activities/events/campaigns.
2. Creates and proposes new sales divisions if necessary to address market gaps.
3. Develop a profound understanding of products and the competitive landscape.
4. Develop and propose an integrated online strategy for effective market penetration.
5. Executes and manages approved digital marketing campaigns to drive online traffic.
6. Leads and manages digital marketing aspects of the website, FB Page, and Community Groups.
7. Devises strategies to optimize online traffic to the company website and Social Media accounts.
8. Tracks conversion rates and implement improvements to all online accounts.
9. Develop and manage product campaigns aimed at raising brand awareness.
Budget Management and Analysis Responsibilities:
1. Ensures alignment of the marketing plan with the allocated budget.
2. Analyze marketing plan and performance using Key Performance Indicators.
3. Provide input and recommendations to the President and Project Manager for the overall business plan development.
