Job Title: Business Development Assistant (1 Vacancy)

Job Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Business Development Assistant to support our Business Development Manager in Australia. This is a client-facing, marketing-focused role that requires excellent communication skills and an understanding of Australian culture. This role plays a key part in content creation, campaign execution, event coordination, and administrative support.
You may also assist Business Development Managers (BDMs) in the UK, or the US, helping align marketing and sales efforts. Graphic design skills are a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming Australian client inquiries, ensuring a smooth and professional client experience.
  • Collaborate closely with the Australian Business Development Manager to manage priorities and provide timely support on marketing initiatives.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns tailored to the Australian market to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Organize logistics for trade shows, industry events, and promotions.
  • Maintain and regularly update client, prospect, and staff databases with accurate information.
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Create marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
  • Manage and schedule engaging content for social platforms.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, offering insights and suggestions for improvement.
  • Provide end-to-end administrative support including meeting coordination, calendar management, and file organization.
  • Stay up to date on digital marketing trends and best practices.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Native English speaker
  • Must have lived in Australia for at least two years
  • Proactive self-starter with strong communication skills
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines effectively
  • Must be willing to report onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City
