Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our business (MQ). This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, who can effectively articulate the value proposition of our services to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients and target markets through various channels
Develop and implement strategic outreach plans to generate qualified leads.
Maintain and update a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calls, emails, social media, and in-person meetings.
Conduct needs assessments and understand client challenges to tailor service solutions.
Present compelling proposals and presentations showcasing the value and benefits of our services.
Negotiate contracts and close new business deals to achieve sales targets
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and challenges.
Contribute to the development of business development strategies and sales forecasts.
Provide feedback to management on market demands and client preferences to help refine service offerings.
