Job Description

Business Development
  • Lead business development initiatives and drive transformation strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Research market trends, platforms, and innovations to enhance services and expand capabilities.
  • Conduct market analysis and propose strategic plans for growth and expansion.
  • Identify, engage, and manage relationships with prospective clients, including follow-ups and sales presentations.
  • Develop sales strategies, set quotas, and track performance metrics.
  • Maintain and update client databases while nurturing long-term client partnerships.
Project Management
  • Manage existing client accounts and uncover opportunities for upscaling or cross-selling services.
  • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects to ensure alignment with client requirements and internal standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, HR) for seamless project implementation within timelines and budgets.
  • Resolve on-ground activation challenges and provide updates or recommendations.
Management Support
  • Ensure compliance with company policies across administrative, accounting, and personnel procedures.
  • Supervise assigned team members, ensuring task completion and alignment with project and company objectives.

Qualifications/Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years’ solid experience in business development or marketing, ideally within a project-based or service-driven environment.
Skills and Competencies: 
  • Strong understanding of the company’s services and industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to assess client needs, propose tailored solutions, and manage negotiations effectively.
  • Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard business tools.
  • Willingness to travel and conduct field work as required.
