Mandarin Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and developing strategic business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting the company’s overall growth goals. This role will focus on driving new business, fostering partnerships, and enhancing the company’s presence in target markets and the employee is engaged to provide significant support, through the use of Mandarin native language, to senior professionals in China, Taiwan and other Mandarin speaking counterpart and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Researching market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Identifying potential clients, markets, and partnerships.
- Exploring new business avenues (e.g., sectors, geographies, or products).
- Establishing strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Forecasting revenue and setting performance targets.
- Meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Preparing regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights.
- Coordinating with product development or delivery teams to meet client needs.
- Drafting and reviewing business proposals, contracts, and agreements.
