• Responsible for developing and managing strategic plans, budgets, and performance metrics to optimize manufacturing operations. 
• This role ensures alignment between the manufacturing department and the company's overall business objectives.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualification:
• Related work experience in a manufacturing company (automotive parts is an advantage)
• At least two (2) years experience handling quality assurance in a manufacturing company
• Able to read and write Japanese language
• Able to understand manufacturing technical terms in Japanese.
