We seek a highly competent Business Development Manager to manage and taking care the real estate and development activities.
 As Business Development Manager, he will focus on growing the company’s business by:
- Identifying and securing new opportunities, properties and business ventures.
- Analyzing market trends and potential areas for growth
- Building and maintaining relationship with clients, investor and stockholders
- Attracting new clients and properties to increase the company's rent roll.
- Developing and implementing business development strategies.

Qualifications/Requirements

SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferably a business management graduate but not a must.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the real estate market.
- With effective communication skills and can speak English, Chinese Mandarin and other languages.
- At least have proven experiences or involvement in mountain recreational development.
- Stay in and can work under pressure.
- Must have a complete legal requirement for working permit and visa application in case of foreigner.
