Requirement Gathering and Analysis
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and IT teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions to understand project objectives and pain points.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements for technical teams.
Documentation and Reporting
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
- Maintain a project requirements traceability matrix to ensure alignment between business needs and delivered solutions.
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders and leadership.
Project Planning and Coordination
- Work with Project Managers to create and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Identify and document project dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Support project governance processes by ensuring all necessary documentation and approvals are in place.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Manage stakeholder expectations by providing clear communication on project progress, risks, and challenges.
- Lead stakeholder review sessions to validate requirements, gather feedback, and manage change requests.
Solution Design and Development
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams to design technical solutions that align with business requirements.
- Participate in design review meetings to ensure solutions meet business needs and align with technical feasibility.
- Ensure that proposed solutions are scalable, sustainable, and cost-effective.
