Easily understand the workflows and procedures of the client
Consolidate requirements and determine the applicability of requirements to other lines
Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the developers, and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements
Analyze client requirements and compare them to the functionality provided by the system
Suggest alternative strategies, which would require a minimum change to the core software
Closely coordinate with the QA team while QAs validates different scenarios against Business Requirements
Validate the normal flow of implemented functionality against Business Requirements
Facilitate sprint planning and sprint review
Documents implementation of Business Requirements via Use Case

Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Management or any related degree preferred or equivalent experience
With at least 2-year related work experience
Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must possess solid time and project management skills
Must have strong deductive logic, reasoning, and analytical skills
