THE JOB

  1. Support to Consultants in various fields and stages of research and consulting projects. A.) Research and Analysis operations and B.) Administrative support
  2. Coordination and Interaction with client
  3. Project Implementation

COMPETENCIES

  1. Logical thinking paired with effective communication - both oral and written
  2. Application of research methods
  3. Primary and Secondary data-gathering
  4. Quantitative and Qualitative data analysis
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power point

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a College/University course, preferably in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or other business / social sciences-related course
  • At least one (1) year of experience in HR or OD
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
