Position Title: Sr. Business Analyst 

Job Description:

  • Lead HR outsourcing projects, assessing client HR needs and designing customized outsourcing solutions.
  • Collaborate with HR leaders, external vendors, and key stakeholders to drive seamless HR service delivery.
  • Serve as trusted advisor and main point of contact for internal teams, management and clients, ensuring alignment with business goals and HR objectives.
  • Facilitates working sessions with customers to define business requirements.
  • Assess client HR needs and recommend outsourcing solutions to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Writes detailed business process requirements documents.
  • Implement HR outsourcing processes, including payroll processing, benefits administration, global mobility and compliance management.
  • Advise clients and internal teams on best practices and process improvements for HRO processes.
  • Utilize HR technology and software to enhance service delivery and streamline HR functions.
  • Act as a liaison between client and internal operations team, ensuring alignment with business objectives on both sides.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree / finished 4-year course in college
  • With more than 5 years in BPO or HRO as a Bilingual HR Outsourcing expert or Business Analyst
  • With experience and expertise in HR Outsourcing process and design (Payroll process, Benefits Administration etc)
  • Proficiency in writing detailed business process requirements documents.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in English and Japanese.
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications and excellent presentation skills
  • Must have good analytical skills and Problem-Solving skills
