Position Title: Sr. Business Analyst
Job Description:
- Lead HR outsourcing projects, assessing client HR needs and designing customized outsourcing solutions.
- Collaborate with HR leaders, external vendors, and key stakeholders to drive seamless HR service delivery.
- Serve as trusted advisor and main point of contact for internal teams, management and clients, ensuring alignment with business goals and HR objectives.
- Facilitates working sessions with customers to define business requirements.
- Assess client HR needs and recommend outsourcing solutions to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Writes detailed business process requirements documents.
- Implement HR outsourcing processes, including payroll processing, benefits administration, global mobility and compliance management.
- Advise clients and internal teams on best practices and process improvements for HRO processes.
- Utilize HR technology and software to enhance service delivery and streamline HR functions.
- Act as a liaison between client and internal operations team, ensuring alignment with business objectives on both sides.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
