  1. Support to Human Resources and Organization Development (HR & OD) Sector in various stages of research and consulting projects; a.) Research as input to Solutions Development, b.) Data Analysis and integration supporting project management and execution
  2. Client coordination and interaction support
  3. Business Development efforts

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a College/University course, preferably in Psychology,
  • Behavioral Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or other business / social sciences-related course
  • At least one (1) year of experience in HR or OD
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
