Business Transformation Associate – Customer & Growth
  • Help clients transform the revenue opportunity now, next and beyond to drive growth and long-term value effectively and efficiently at every stage of the customer life cycle, including transforming sales, marketing, channels, pricing, digital products/services and experiences.
  • Overseeing project execution through managing logs (plans, risks, issues, budget, and resources), preparing status reports, scheduling meetings, and aiding in refining project management practices and tools.
  • Responsibilities include developing product/service designs to adapt to market changes and gathering data through client interviews to understand customer journeys effectively.
  • Review current operations, including structures and tech. Identify process improvements for back-office and commercial functions. Analyze root causes for improvement opportunities, pending supervisor review.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Business related courses (BS Business Management, BS Business Administration, BS Marketing Management, BS Human Resource Management, BS Entrepreneurship).
  • No minimum work experience required.
