Position: BUILDING (and EQUIPMENT) MAINTENANCE MAN

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Inspect equipment and facilities regularly
  • Do preventive maintenance when necessary
  • Respond to urgent repair needs to prevent operational disruptions
  • Track spare parts and supply usage; order parts when necessary
  • Comply with safety standards
  • Coordinate with other departments

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Relevant experience
  • Training relevant to the position is an advantage

  • Photocopy of NSO/PSA birth certificate
  • Baguio City Green Card
  • Baguio City Working Permit
