  • Conduct regular inspections of building systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety system. 
  • Conduct safety inspection and identify potential hazards.
  • Perform routine maintenance task such as painting, carpentry, and minor repair. 
  • Perform routine maintenance schedules.
  • Diagnose and repair malfunctions in building systems and equipment.
  • Monitor and control building systems, such as HVAC and lighting to optimize energy efficiency. 

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Must have  NCII, building maintenance experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent with
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC. electrical, and plumbing.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Must be physically fit to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
