POSITION: Building Technician
SITE LOCATION: Lyceum Manila
Responsibilities:
Supervise contractors to ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Operate, maintain, and repair property equipment and facilities.
Schedule and implement preventive maintenance activities per manufacturer guidelines and equipment history.
Monitor and inspect equipment performance, conduct diagnostics, and perform necessary repairs.
Collect and test water/wastewater samples, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Maintain and report data as per operating procedures and legal requirements.
Oversee tools, equipment, and PPE maintenance, reporting any deficiencies.
Develop and implement operating and safety procedures.
Assist in budget planning and expenditure monitoring.
Streamline property operations to improve efficiency.
Ensure smooth information flow within the property to support business operations.
Monitor costs and expenses for budget preparation.
Supervise office activities, including recycling, renovations, and event planning.
Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Stay updated on organizational and industry developments.
Assist in office equipment and facility budgeting and management.
Evaluate, repair, and maintain plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Address tenant maintenance concerns promptly.
Enforce corporate safety procedures and access control policies.
Implement KMC SAVILLS standards and building improvements.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
