Responsible for the general upkeep, repair, and maintenance of building systems, facilities, and equipment. This role involves conducting routine inspections, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensuring that the building is safe, clean, and fully functional.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Certification or vocational training in building maintenance, electrical work, HVAC, or plumbing is preferred.
  • Minimum of 12 months of experience in building or facility maintenance but fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
  • Proficiency in general repair skills, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC, mechanical systems, and preventive maintenance.
  • Ability to use power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Physical stamina and strength to lift and move heavy objects.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills for interacting with colleagues and guests.
  • OSHA or safety training certification is a plus.
